Our Story
About Us
Moni Corner sits on the corner of Ömer Rüştü Paşa Street in Teşvikiye — and takes its name from exactly that: the corner. The shutters go up at eight in the morning and come down close to midnight; in between, all of Nişantaşı's hours pass through here.
Inside: olive-green joinery, marble tables and woven pendants hanging low. On one wall, a painted Brazilian coffee picker — the house signature. Books on the shelf, the street in the window, the grinder humming behind you.
Everything comes off the espresso bar, with a croissant, a San Sebastián or a lemon cheesecake alongside. The matcha line keeps its own corner. Students after class, neighbours, and the morning-run crowd all share the same tables.

The wall

There is a Brazil on the corner wall.
Behind the green banquette, a coffee picker covers the whole wall: straw hat, white shirt, a basket cradled in his hands. Purple mountains behind him, a yellowing sky above. A painting that remembers where everything in your cup begins.
Above it, the wall speaks in its own hand: Fair Trade, Brazilia, Coffee. This is the most photographed corner in the house — when the tables fill up, they fill here first.

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday 08:00–23:30, Sunday 10:00–23:00. Early coffee and late coffee both fit inside those hours.

Teşvikiye, Ömer Rüştü Paşa Street No. 5C. Walking distance from Nişantaşı, right on the corner — terracotta façade, black sign.
Can I sit outside?
Yes, there are tables on the pavement. When it turns cold we run heaters outside.
Is it a good spot to study or work on a laptop?
We have more room than the small cafés around Nişantaşı; students and working groups are here at every hour of the day.
Do you have matcha and caffeine-light options?
Matcha latte is served hot and iced. Carob latte, Turkish tea and herbal teas are on the menu too.
What should I have with my coffee?
A plain or chocolate croissant in the morning; San Sebastián cheesecake later in the day. Lemon cheesecake and pistachio brownie are on the counter too.
